User agreement for the use, editing and publication of stories and photos, in the format of text and photo / video materials uploaded by the user

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs interaction with the website located on the Internet at the addresses: atomforyou.com and atomforyou.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site), developed by the Site Administration, and further use, editing and publication of stories in the format text and photo / video materials uploaded by the user to the Site, as well as the rights and obligations of its Administration and Users. The Agreement also applies to relations related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not Users of the Site, but whose rights and interests may be affected as a result of the actions of Users of the Site.
1.2. The subject of the Agreement is the provision by the Site Administration to the User of the upload right for further use within the framework of the Atoms for Humanity project and publication of stories on the Site in the form of text and photo / video materials of the User.
1.3. The user is obliged to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement prior to the provision for uploading stories in the form of text and photo / video materials on the Site. The User uploading stories in the form of text and photo / video materials to the Site means full and unconditional acceptance (Acceptance) by the User of this Agreement and granting the Site Administration the right to use these materials within the framework of the Atoms for Humanity project, including editing and publishing on the Site.
1.4. This Agreement is an open and publicly available document and can be changed and / or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notification.
1.5. The User accepts the User Agreement by ticking the appropriate box when sending the uploaded stories in text format and photo / video materials on the Site, while granting the rights to use the above materials of the Site Administration within the framework of the Atoms for Humanity project.

2. Site Status

2.1. Site is an Internet resource, which is a collection of information contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at network addresses: atomforyou.com and atomforyou.ru.
2.2. All rights to the Site as a whole and to the use of the network address belong to the Site Administration.
2.3. By this Agreement, the User transfers the rights to publish, edit and use information and results of intellectual activity (including but not limited to literary, musical, audiovisual works and phonograms, graphic and design works, photographic and video works, other non-property rights) within the framework of the Atoms for Humanity.
2.4. This Agreement enters into force from the moment the User has marked the appropriate item when sending uploaded stories in text format and photo / video materials on the Site.
2.5. The user understands and agrees that the Site functions "as is" and that the Site Administration is not responsible for all delays, failures, deletion or non-preservation of any history, photos, videos, personal information due to power outages or failures in the Internet.

3. Site Administration

3.1. The Site Administration (previously and hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration, Administration) in this User Agreement and other special documents posted on the Site means the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Development of Nuclear Energy Information Centers "Energy of the Future" (hereinafter - ANO Energy of the Future), Location address : 117105, Russia, Moscow, Varshavskoe shosse, 3.
3.2. Applications, suggestions and claims of Users to the Site Administration in connection with this Agreement and all questions regarding the functioning of the Site, violations of the rights and interests of third parties when using it can be sent to the address info@atomforyou.com.
3.3. Nothing in this Agreement gives the User the right to use the brand name, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs of the Site Administration.

4. Requirements for Users

4.1. Users of the Site can be individuals over 18 years.
4.2. When using the Site, the User is obliged to provide the Site Administration with the necessary reliable and up-to-date information.
4.3. The user is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness, compliance of the information provided.
4.4. The user agrees with this Agreement and assumes the rights and obligations specified therein related to the provision and use of stories in text format and photo / video materials within the framework of the Atoms for Humanity project.
4.5. By accepting this Agreement by clicking the appropriate box when sending uploaded stories in text format and photo / video materials on the Site, the User confirms his consent to the posting and processing by the Administration of his personal data provided when using the Site.

5. Rights and obligations of the User

5.1. The user has the right, under the conditions set forth on the Site:
- Contact the Site Administration for consulting issues through the feedback form on the Site;
- Ability to attach files that meet the designated size and format restrictions.
5.2. When using the Site, the User is obliged:
- comply with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, this Agreement and other special documents of the Site Administration;
- provide accurate and complete data.

6. Rights and obligations of the Site Administration

6.1 The Site Administration has the right to:
- At its discretion, make changes to this User Agreement;
- Make changes, edits in the User's history. Substantial changes are made by agreement with the User;
- Use within the framework of the Atoms for Humanity project, moderate and publish stories proposed by Users in the format of text and photo / video materials.
- At any time, change the design of the Site, its content, the list of services, change or supplement the scripts used, software and other objects used or stored on the Site, any server applications at any time with or without prior notice.

7. Terms of Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All results of intellectual activity posted on the Site, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds and other objects of intellectual activity and their selections (hereinafter referred to as Content), are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration.
7.2. The content cannot be copied (reproduced), modified, distributed, displayed in a frame, published, downloaded, transmitted, sold or otherwise used in whole or in part without the prior permission of the Administration.
7.3. The use by the User of stories, photos, videos and other results of intellectual activity, access to which is obtained exclusively for personal non-commercial use, is allowed provided that all signs of authorship or other notices of authorship are preserved, the author's name is preserved unchanged, and the work is preserved unchanged.
7.4. The user transfers to the Administration the rights to publish, edit and use information and results of intellectual activity (including, but not limited to literary, musical, audiovisual works and phonograms, works of graphics and design, photographic works, other non-property rights) within the framework of the Atoms for Humanity project.

8. Functioning of the Site and responsibility for its use

8.1. Users are responsible for their own actions in connection with the creation and posting of information and results of intellectual activity on the Site.
8.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for violation by the User of this Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.3. The Site Administration does not guarantee the absence of errors and failures, including in relation to the operation of the software.
